Kayla Elizabeth is a tarot reader and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Through her platform Kayla and the Cards, she provides personal readings, educational content, and teaches workshops on the tarot in and around New York City. Her reading style mixes a modern, intuitive approach with a focus on esoteric symbolism, astrology, and occult-based reading practices. She believes that the beauty of tarot lies within both a respect for tradition and a trust in personal interpretations. 

With nearly eight years of experience reading the cards, Kayla's offerings have been shared at premiere events such as Sasha Graham's Spirited Away, New York Solar Faire, Lunar Faire New Jersey, and Moon, Serpent and Bone, among others. She currently serves as a resident reader in the Witch Winds Healing Room, a part of 

Quimby's Bookstore in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 

Beyond reading, Kayla is passionate about teaching others the art of tarot as a tool for personal development and introspection. She frequently teaches Tarot 101 workshops at various events and spaces, and hosts a monthly Tarot Study Group for readers of all levels to connect in community and share their wisdom. 

Apart from her love of tarot, Kayla has been a dedicated yogi for fifteen years. In 2024, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Daya Yoga Studio in Brooklyn. In 2025, she took on the role of Daya's Resident Tarot Reader, offering in-person readings, hosting Tarot & Yoga workshops, and sharing weekly
